Motion to introduce fresh evidence at the Appeal hearing1.The Plaintiff asks to introduce fresh evidence at the hearing of appeal on the 15th of December, 2009. She has come into possession of it in 2009 year and could not file it with the Superior Court of Justice in 2008.2.Exhibits B,C,D - Expert reports and Addendum from Doctor Hildegarde Staninger, Ph.D., licensed toxicologist and doctor of Integrative medicine. These medical reports substantiate the Psychotronic (Mind Control) ill effects on Plaintiff. They prove that the Plaintiff is a victim of specific electromagnetic and radio frequency fields that react with poisonous nano materials in her body that are being created in universities and being utilized for monitoring, communications and sensory applications. The Addendum proves that the Plaintiff has toxic advanced nano materials in her system that are used as RDIF meu chips to send signals to the body. Dr. Staninger is an outstanding toxicologist and a medical doctor in the USA; she owns her own company and is a consultant in tens of other companies in the USA. I was referred to Dr. Staninger in 2009 year; I did not know her in 2008. I did not know anything about these toxicological tests in 2008. Tens of toxicologists, to whom I was referred in Canada, refused to see me.3.Exhibits E, F, G - Letters with expert opinion from Doctor Cynthia Spanier, Ph.D., licensed psychologist. They prove that the Plaintiff is a victim of Psychotronic (Directed Energy) attacks to her person. They prove that Psychotronic attacks significantly impact most areas of the Plaintiffs life and cause a post traumatic stress disorder. I found Dr. Spanier in the USA in 2009, because psychiatrists, to whom I was referred in Canada in 2008 and 2009, refused to see me.4.Exhibits H, I - Letter with expert opinion from Joyce Meyers, licensed psychotherapist. It proves that Psychotronic Weapons attacks, compounded by negligent infliction of emotional distress by authorities, who do not take seriously Plaintiffs reports about this crime, cause the severe post traumatic stress disorder. I found Joyce Meyers in the USA in 2009, because psychiatrists, to whom I was referred in Canada in 2008 and 2009, refused to see me.5.Exhibit J, K - Letter with expert opinion from June Steiner, Ph.D., licensed hypnotherapist. It proves that Plaintiffs symptoms are the result of Psychotronic (Directed Energy) Weapons attacks upon her person. It proves that Psychotronic effects greatly impact Plaintiffs functioning and cause the serious Post traumatic Stress Disorder. Emotional distress, inflicted by those, who do not believe her complaints, is harmful to her state of well-being as well. I found Dr. Steiner in the USA in 2009, because psychiatrists, to whom I was referred in Canada in 2008 and 2009, refused to see me.6.Exhibit N - Excerpt from an answer to a FOIA request of the Plaintiff (Appellant) to RCMP. RCMP investigated a Plaintiffs complaint about Psychotronic attacks upon her from the middle of January, 2009 to the 9th of February, 2009 and did not find any evidence of criminality. I talked to Corporal Clamp of RCMP in March 2009, and he said to me that the investigation consisted of one conversation with Lei Chen, when he confessed to RCMP officer that he had studied Psychotronic (Mind Control) Weapons and their influence on psyche of people. RCMP stopped the investigation after this conversation with Lei Chen. Furthermore, Corporal Clamp said to me that he did not consider Psychotronic attacks as a crime at all. It proved that RCMP owed me a duty of care, but their investigation was a pure form of negligence, since they stopped it after one conversation with Lei Chen in 2009, after he confessed that he had studied the Psychotronic Weapons. RCMP did not come to me with spectrum analyzers and other equipment in order to find criminals, who implanted nano materials in my system and attacked me by means of Psychotronic Weapons.7.Exhibit O - Excerpt from the answer to the FOIA request of the Plaintiff (Appellant) to RCMP. RCMP officer Sgt. McIntire reiterates that he was unable to find a missing report, made by RCMP officer Stephen Frith in 2006. Plaintiff called RCMP in April-May, 2006 and reported to Stephen Frith her symptoms and name of a suspect Lei Chen. Steeve Frith replied that there were no laws to defend Plaintiff, and he did not see anything criminal in this situation. It proves negligence of RCMP one more time.
