BURNS ON EYE AND BODY

The first video was taken during the night. I dozed off for an hour - my eyes were perfect - no redness. I woke up about 1 hr later with my eyes red and burning as if someone were to put red peppers in it and the radiation detector going crazy beside me. Inside of the eyelids were almost bloody. I soaked the eye with cold water and a few hours later the redness went away - no infection.

LONDON (AFP) - A British woman has suddenly started speaking with a Chinese accent after suffering a severe migraine, she said in comments quoted by British media Tuesday.

Sarah Colwill believes she has Foreign Accent Syndrome (FAS) which has caused her distinctive West Country drawl to be replaced with a Chinese twang, even though she has never even visited the country.
The 35-year-old from Plymouth, southwest England, is now undergoing speech therapy following an acute form of migraine last month which reportedly left her with a form of brain damage.
"I moved to Plymouth when I was 18 months old so I have always spoken like a local. But following one attack, an ambulance crew arrived and they said I definitely sounded Chinese," she said.
"I spoke to my stepdaughter on the phone from hospital and she didn't recognise who I was. She said I sounded Chinese. Since then, I have had my friends hanging up on me because they think I'm a hoax caller."
Colwill added: "The first few weeks of the accent was quite funny but to think I am stuck with this Chinese accent is getting me down. My voice has started to annoy me now. It is not my voice."
FAS has been documented around the world and is usually linked to a stroke or traumatic brain injury. It was first recorded in the early 20th century and there are thought to be only a couple of dozen sufferers around the world.

I talked to Corporal Clamp of RCMP in March 2009, and he said to me that the investigation consisted of one conversation with Lei Chen, when he confessed to RCMP officer that he had studied Psychotronic (Mind Control) Weapons and their influence on psyche of people. RCMP stopped the investigation after this conversation with Lei Chen. Furthermore, Corporal Clamp said to me that he did not consider Psychotronic attacks as a crime at all. They are said to include individuals who have been labeled by persons in positions of authority as "dissidents," "radicals," "whistle-blowers" or undesirables, perhaps due to their lifestyles, their ethnic heritage, or their religious or political beliefs.
Many find themselves slandered and unjustly accused of wrongdoing. The government publicly claims that these "directed energy weapons," or "D.E.W.", are still in the experimental stage, or that working equipment is large and bulky, such as the Army's recent demonstration of a microwave weapon tagged with an innocuous-sounding sobriquet, the "Active Denial System." The government describes these radiation weapons as "non-lethal" -- despite the scientifically proven fact that, depending on the dosage of radiated energy delivered, these instruments can stun, maim, burn, cause strokes or aneurysms, induce illness such as cancer, or kill.
These D.E.W. are being widely deployed, as noted in an article in the April 2008 FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin. The article discusses the potential adverse health effects of D.E.W. fire. The article also states that law enforcement personnel themselves may fall victim to these adverse effects, should criminals or terrorists obtain D.E.W.

What the article does not state is that victims of "community stalking" have complained for several years that they are being tortured by painful D.E.W. radiation attacks, and that their health has been degraded by the cumulative effects of exposure to silent and potentially lethal beams of radiated energy.
These weapons share a characteristic that explains why few people outside of law enforcement are aware of their widespread deployment and usage: The radiation energy the weapons emit is silent and invisible, making possible "the perfect crime" -- the covert application of potentially lethal force.
Victims of D.E.W. attack have tried to appeal to law enforcement for justice, but to no avail. Indeed, that's part of the "M.O." -- when victims complain, they are routinely written off as delusional or mentally ill. Victims say that health care workers also cooperate in this persecution. Targeted persons may even be subject to attempts to commit them to psychiatric facilities, a means of accomplishing the underlying goal of extrajudicial targeting and punishment -- the removal of "targeted individuals" (and by extension, their families) from mainstream society.
Victims of extrajudicial targeting also charge that their family finances are sabotaged and ultimately expropriated by secret government programs ostensibly implemented to disrupt the financial dealings of terrorists and drug traffickers. In effect, they say, they are victimized by a parallel system of transaction processing sold to lawmakers as a necessary component of the "war on terror" -- not as an ideologically-motivated tool of social control and political repression.
There is no rational or moral defense for this horrific domestic torture -- what could be termed a campaign of "slow genocide" -- which is happening right now in cities and towns across America. The "targets" typically pose no danger to society. They are victims of a political system that has institutionalized -- and has attempted to legalize -- extrajudicial punishment. The "war on terror" is the pretext that has been employed to effect a wholesale bypass of the judicial system, and of constitutionally protected rights.
This is the transformation of American democracy into a fascist police state -- an American Gestapo, a frontal assault on our constitutionally guaranteed civil rights and liberties.
When the pervasiveness of this officially sanctioned and funded domestic terrorism and torture is confirmed by "official sources" -- in recent times, the only sources that much of the mainstream media consider sufficiently credible -- any excuses for the excesses that heretofore have come to light will be exposed as evil sophistry.

An airport security worker has been questioned by police after being caught ogling images of a female colleague taken by a new anti-terror body scanner.
John Laker, 25, faces the sack after being given a police warning for harassment.
His Heathrow colleague Jo Margeston, 29, says she was horrified when he took her photograph with one of the controversial devices, which 'see' beneath clothing, and made a lewd remark about the size of her breasts.
She says she is too upset to work following the incident two weeks ago.
This is thought to be the first time an airport worker has been found abusing one of the controversial devices, introduced after the failed Christmas Day bomb plot to blow up a jet over Detroit in the U.S.
The £80,000 machines show a clear body outline and have been described as the equivalent of ' virtual strip searching'.
Miss Margeston is understood to have entered the scanner by mistake, only to find Laker pressing a button to take a photograph.
She told her bosses and police, and is now being represented by Liberty, the human rights campaign group.
At her home near the airport, she said she was still shocked about the incident. 'I can't bear to think about the body scanner thing,' she told the Sun.
'I'm totally traumatised. I've spoken to the police about it. I'm in too much of a state to go to work.'
Laker was questioned by police and given a formal warning for harassment, which is one level below a caution.
A Scotland Yard spokesman yesterday confirmed it had received an allegation about an incident at Terminal 5 on March 10.
A spokesman for BAA, which runs Heathrow, said: 'We treat any allegations of inappropriate behaviour or misuse of security equipment very seriously and these claims are investigated thoroughly.
